Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about appointments and visits

How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through Dali Jen-Ai Hospital or Chiayi Chang Gung Memorial Hospital's booking system, or add our LINE official account. See the Office Hours & Appointment page for links.
What should I bring for my first visit?
Please bring your National Health Insurance card and photo ID. If you have reports, imaging, or medication records from other hospitals, please bring those as well to help the physician fully assess your condition.
Can I be seen without a prior appointment?
We recommend booking online or in advance to secure your place in the queue. Walk-in availability depends on each hospital's policy and the day's patient volume; please check on-site announcements.
Do office hours ever change?
Office hours may be adjusted due to hospital scheduling or holidays. We recommend confirming the current week's schedule through the online booking system, or checking the Office Hours & Directions page for the latest information.
Is Thai-language service available?
Yes, Dr. Tseng can communicate in Thai (สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้). Thai-speaking patients are welcome.
What should I know about referrals or bringing records from another hospital?
If you are referred from another medical institution, please bring your referral letter and related test results. This helps the physician understand your condition more quickly and reduces duplicate testing.

Still have questions?

You're welcome to book an appointment and ask the physician directly.
